Cancellation policy

At Dolce Terra, some items may be available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy outlines how you can manage, modify, or cancel these purchases.

 

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on your selected frequency and duration.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged per delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
  • Some subscriptions auto-renew. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel anytime.
  • You can skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
  • If you cancel immediately without completing at least one purchase cycle, any initial discount applied for subscribing will be removed, and you’ll be charged the remaining amount from your first order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase an out-of-stock or upcoming product in advance.

  • Payment may be collected fully, partially, or not at all at checkout, with your payment method stored for future fulfillment.
  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not been fulfilled.
  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund per our returns policy.
