Refund policy


Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date.

 

Returns
To initiate your return, please email us at support@dolceterrahaven.com.

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Fee
Please note that a $4.92 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return and handling costs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, bar soaps and other skin-contact products cannot be returned. If you experience any issues, please reach out to our support team.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at support@dolceterrahaven.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return fee.

Shipping
Send the package back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking information. Please keep the shipping receipt with tracking number.
